Awesome Nike Flex Shoes
We made it to Wednesday! Let the weekend countdown commence! So I wanted to focus in on my shoes really quickly because they make me super happy Lol. I beat my last pair up for a good two years and finally needed to get something more supportive for running. These hot pink Nike Flex shoes feel amazing, they’re very flexible. Plus they’re on sale right now!
On another note, I think it’s important to remember that life is about having fun. So no matter what you’re doing, enjoy it, have fun and try to not take yourself too seriously (This is one of my new year’s resolutions). And so in keeping with my resolution… I also wanted to share my mismatched socks & silly face with you. Happy Wednesday :)

A morning workout is hard enough to get out of bed for, add in that crisp morning chill and it feels like straight out punishment! But with my schedule, morning workouts may be the best way to get in the extra fitness time I need.
And so I present to you, my chilly morning workout attire. The outfit is really comfy and keeps me warm without making me feel like I’m going to overheat. Now, the only thing left to do is add morning workouts into my schedule…**trembles in fear**

It’s been sunny and beautiful in California which means I had to have my hot weather workout outfit ready to go. I’ve been doing much better with my diet, lots of salad! And giving into my cravings just a little has prevented me from devouring entire boxes of candy. Lol
As far as working out goes, I’m going to get back to using videos. Hiking, walking, and jogging are great but I feel like I have no set game plan. Personally, I like the structure of a workout video set. Every now and again I may mix it up to combat boredom but I miss my videos! I have P90x, Insanity, and Brazilian Butt so if you’re curious about any please feel free to ask :)
